SPAIN, Apr. 23, 2016 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 35: Five wins in a row for Atletico Madrid. After their success against Real Betis, Espanyol, Granada and Athletic Bilbao, Los Colchoneros continued their sensational form in the La Liga with a 1-0 victory over Malaga this Saturday.
45 minutes of play and neither Atletico Madrid nor Malaga have managed to pull ahead. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Correa Angel in the 62nd minute.
Atletico Madrid climbed to first place with 82 points from 35 games, one point ahead of runner-up Real Madrid.
