La Liga (Week 27) : Deportivo beats Barcelona 2-1

SPAIN, Mar. 12, 2017 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 27: After 6 straigth victories against Athletic Bilbao, Alavés, Leganés, Atletico Madrid, Sporting Gijon and Celta Vigo, Barca lost 2-1 against Deportivo La Coruna.

Deportivo La Coruna dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Joselu Mato in the 40th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Brancoazuis further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Bergantiños in the 74th minute.

FC Barcelona remains in first place with 60 points from 27 games, one point ahead of runner-up Real Madrid, which has two games in hand.
