La Liga (Week 26) : Barcelona beats Celta Vigo 5-0

SPAIN, Mar. 4, 2017 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 26: 6 wins in a row for Barcelona. After their success against Athletic Bilbao, Alavés, Leganés, Atletico Madrid and Sporting Gijon, Barca continued their sensational form in the La Liga with a 5-0 victory over Celta Vigo this Saturday.

Lionel Messi scored dual goals

Barcelona dominated the first half thanks to goals from Messi ('24) and Neymar ('40). Leading 2-0 at the break, Barca further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Rakitić '57, Umtiti '61 and Messi '64).

FC Barcelona remains in first place with 60 points from 26 games, one point ahead of runner-up Real Madrid, which has a game in hand.
