SPAIN, May. 8, 2017 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 36: After losing 2-0 to Eibar on April 30, Los Pepineros returned to winning ways with a 4-0 victory over Real Betis this Monday.
Szymanowski Alexander scored dual goals
Leganés dominated the first half thanks to goals from Szymanowski Alexander ('7 on penalty) and El Zhar Nabil ('15). Leading 2-0 at the break, Los Pepineros further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Appelt Gabriel '65 and Szymanowski Alexander '81).
Real Betis remains in 15th place with 37 points from 36 games, 2 points behind UD Las Palmas.
