FRANCE, Dec. 19, 2014 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 19: After their 1-1 draw against Lille on December 13 and 3-3 draw against Montpellier on December 13, Lens bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Nice this Friday.
Lens dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Wylan Cyprien in the 38th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Lens players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Coulibaly with just 4 minutes remaining in regulation time.
OGC Nice remains in 11st place with 22 points from 19 games, 3 points behind Reims, which has a game in hand.
