FRANCE, Oct. 3, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 9: After their 3-3 draw against Monaco on September 27, Guingamp returned to winning ways with a 1-0 victory over Troyes this Saturday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Guingamp midfielder Younousse Sankharé with just 9 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Guingamp climbed to 9th place with 13 points from 9 games, only one point behind OGC Nice, which has a game in hand.
