Ligue 1 (Week 9) : Nantes beats Nice 2-1
FRANCE, Nov. 4, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 9: After losing 0-1 to Marseille on November 1, Nantes bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Nice this Wednesday.
Alegue Alexis opened the score in the 11th minute, before seeing Nice catch up in the 42nd minute thanks to Romain Genevois. 1-1 at half time. Nantes eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Sigthorsson Kolbeinn in the 71st minute.
Nantes climbed to 7th place with 19 points from 12 games, only one point behind AS Monaco.
