PORTUGAL, Oct. 31, 2015 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 9: Three wins in a row for Sporting Lisbon. After their success against Vitoria Guimaraes and Benfica, the Sportinguistas continued their sensational form in the Primeira Liga with a 1-0 victory over Estoril this Saturday.
45 minutes of play and neither Sporting Lisbon nor Estoril have managed to pull ahead. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Gutierrez Teofilo on penalty in the 55th minute.
Sporting Clube de Portugal remains in first place with 23 points from 9 games, a 5-point lead over runner-up FC Porto, which has a game in hand.
