PORTUGAL, Jan. 6, 2016 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 16: After their 1-1 draw against Paços de Ferreira on January 2 and 1-1 draw against Vitoria Setubal on January 2, the Arcebispos bounced back with a 3-0 victory over Académica Coimbra this Wednesday.
Hassan Ahmed scored dual goals
Braga dominated the first half thanks to goals from Hassan Ahmed ('32) and Stojiljkovic Nikola ('45). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Arcebispos further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Hassan Ahmed with just 5 minutes remaining in regulation time.
SG Braga remains in fourth place with 29 points from 16 games, 5 points behind SL Benfica, which has a game in hand.
