PORTUGAL, Jan. 9, 2016 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 17: The match between Vitoria Guimaraes and Arouca ended in a 2-2 draw on Saturday.
Vitoria Guimaraes players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Saré ('7) and Otavio Edmilson ('44). However, even though they were leading 2-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Arouca with goals by Rodrigo Roberto ('68) and Gonzalez Walter ('78).
Arouquenses remains in 6th place with 24 points from 17 games, one point behind FC Paços de Ferreira, which has a game in hand.
