PORTUGAL, Feb. 21, 2016 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 23: Three wins in a row for Arouca. After their success against Porto and União da Madeira, Arouca continued their sensational form in the Primeira Liga with a 2-0 victory over Belenenses this Sunday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Gonzalez Walter ('66) and Lima Lucas ('81).
Arouquenses climbed to fifth place with 34 points from 23 games, 8 points behind SG Braga, which has a game in hand.
