Primeira Liga (Week 23) : Maritimo beats Tondela 4-3
PORTUGAL, Feb. 21, 2016 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 23: After losing 1-3 to Braga on February 14, the Verde-Rubros bounced back with a 4-3 victory over Tondela this Sunday.
Maritimo dominated the first half thanks to goals from Costa ('3) and Souza Dyego ('33). Leading 2-1 at the break, the Verde-Rubros further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Dirceu Filho '90 and Diawara Baba '90).
CS Maritimo climbed to 12nd place with 25 points from 23 games, 2 points behind GD Estoril Praia.
