PORTUGAL, Feb. 19, 2016 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 23: The match between União da Madeira and Estoril ended in a 1-1 draw on Friday.
União da Madeira players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Dias Danilo in the 2nd minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Estoril with a saving goal from Mendy Frederic in the 85th minute.
GD Estoril Praia remains in 11st place with 27 points from 23 games, tie on points with Vitoria FC, which has a game in hand.
