PORTUGAL, Sep. 24, 2016 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 6: Four wins in a row for Benfica. After their success against Nacional, Arouca and Braga, the Eagles continued their sensational form in the Primeira Liga with a 2-0 victory over Chaves this Saturday.
Chaves made Benfica doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with goals by Mitroglou Kostas ('69) and Fernandes Pizzi ('84).
SL Benfica remains in first place with 16 points from 6 games, one point ahead of runner-up Sporting Clube de Portugal.
