Segunda division (Week 9) : Numancia and Cordoba play to a 1-1 draw
SPAIN, Oct. 8, 2016 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 9: Cordoba was held to a 1-1 draw by Numancia on Saturday.
Numancia players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Del Moral Manu in the 19th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Cordoba with a saving goal from Caro Jose in the 53rd minute.
Cordoba CF remains in second place with 15 points from 8 games, one point behind Levante UD, which has a game in hand.
