Segunda division (Week 9) : Mirandés and Lugo play out 2-2 draw
SPAIN, Oct. 9, 2016 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 9: The match between Lugo and Mirandés ended in a frustrating 2-2 draw on Sunday.
Lugo players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Joselu Barroso ('14) and Pedraza Alfonso ('18). However, even though they were leading 2-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Mirandés with goals by Mesa Maikel ('69 on penalty) and Guarrotxena Iker ('78).
CD Lugo remains in third place with 14 points from 8 games, one point behind Cordoba CF.
