Segunda division (Week 28) : Gimnastic beats Cordoba 2-1
SPAIN, Mar. 5, 2017 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 28: Three wins in a row for Gimnastic de Tarragona. After their success against Numancia and Zaragoza, Nastic continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 2-1 victory over Cordoba this Sunday.
Rodri Rios opened the score in the 9th minute, before seeing Gimnastic de Tarragona catch up in the 18th minute thanks to Perone Bruno. 1-1 at half time. Nastic eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Barreiro Manu in stoppage time.
Gimnastic de Tarragona climbed to 13rd place with 27 points from 24 games, tie on points with Real Valladolid, which has a game in hand.
