Serie A (Week 20) : Napoli beats Genoa 2-1
ITALY, Jan. 26, 2015 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 20: Two wins in a row for Napoli. After their 0-1 win against Lazio on January 18, the Partenopei continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 2-1 victory over Genoa this Monday.
Gonzalo Higuaín scored dual goals
Napoli dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Argentine forward Gonzalo Higuaín in the 7th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Partenopei further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Higuaín on penalty in the 75th minute.
Napoli remains in third place with 36 points from 20 games, 6 points behind AS Roma.
