Serie A (Week 20) : Fiorentina and Roma play to a 1-1 draw
ITALY, Jan. 25, 2015 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 20: AS Roma was held to a 1-1 draw by Fiorentina on Sunday.
Fiorentina players started off well by taking the lead thanks to German forward Mario Gómez in the 20th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by AS Roma with a saving goal from Serbian forward Adem Ljajić in the 49th minute.
AS Roma remains in second place with 42 points from 20 games, 7 points behind Juventus.
