Serie A (Week 28) : Napoli beats Crotone 3-0
ITALY, Mar. 12, 2017 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 28: Two wins in a row for Napoli. After their 1-2 win against AS Roma on March 4, the Partenopei continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 3-0 victory over Crotone this Sunday.
Lorenzo Insigne scored dual goals
Napoli dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Lorenzo Insigne in the 32nd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Partenopei further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Mertens '66/penalty and Insigne '70).
Napoli climbed to second place with 60 points from 28 games, 10 points behind Juventus.
