LEóN, Jun. 10, 1970 (AMP) — Mexico 70 : Germany defeated Peru by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 3-1), in a World Cup group stage game on Wednesday afternoon at the Estadio León.

Gerd Müller scored tripple goals
