FORTALEZA, Jun. 21, 2014 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 : Germany tied 2-2 with Ghana (halftime: 0-0), in a World Cup group stage game on Saturday afternoon at the Castelao Stadium in Fortaleza.
No goals in the first half and two each in the second, Götze ('51) and Klose ('71) for Germany, Ayew ('54) and Gyan ('63) for Ghana.
The result put the Germans top of Group G with 4 points. Ghana is third with one point. In their last game, Germany will meet second-placed the United States at the Castelao Stadium on June 26, while Ghana will face Portugal.
