La Liga (Week 24) : Barcelona beats Celta Vigo 6-1
SPAIN, Feb. 14, 2016 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 24: 6 wins in a row for Barcelona. After their success against Granada, Athletic Bilbao, Malaga, Atletico Madrid and Levante, Barca continued their sensational form in the La Liga with a 6-1 victory over Celta Vigo this Sunday.
Luis Suárez scored tripple goals
Barcelona forward Lionel Messi opened the score in the 28th minute, before seeing Celta Vigo catch up in the 39th minute thanks to Guidetti John penalty kick. 1-1 at half time. Barca eventually won the game in the second period with five more goals by Suárez ('59, '75, '81), Rakitić ('84) and Neymar ('90).
FC Barcelona remains in first place with 57 points from 23 games, a 3-point lead over runner-up Atletico Madrid.
