SPAIN, Feb. 14, 2016 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 24: After their 1-1 draw against Celta Vigo on February 7, Los Sevillistas returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Las Palmas this Sunday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with goals by Banega ('69) and Gameiro ('75).
Sevilla FC remains in fifth place with 40 points from 24 games, 8 points behind Villarreal CF.
