La Liga (Week 30) : Malaga beats Betis 1-0
SPAIN, Mar. 19, 2016 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 30: Two wins in a row for Malaga. After their 1-0 win against Sporting Gijon on March 11, Los Boquerones continued their sensational form in the La Liga with a 1-0 victory over Real Betis this Saturday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Malaga midfielder Ignacio Camacho with just 8 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Malaga CF climbed to 8th place with 39 points from 30 games, 6 points behind Celta Vigo, which has a game in hand.
