La Liga (Week 20) : Las Palmas defeats Valencia 3-1
SPAIN, Jan. 30, 2017 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 20: After their 1-1 draw against Deportivo La Coruna on January 20, Los Amarillos bounced back with a 3-1 victory over Valencia this Monday.
Valencia forward Mina Santi opened the score in the 21st minute, before seeing Las Palmas catch up in the 42nd minute thanks to Viera Jonathan. 1-1 at half time. Los Amarillos eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Lemos Mauricio ('57) and Boateng ('61).
UD Las Palmas remains in 11st place with 28 points from 20 games, one point behind SD Eibar.
