La Liga (Week 9) : Real Madrid defeats Eibar 3-0
SPAIN, Oct. 22, 2017 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 9: Four wins in a row for Real Madrid. After their success against Alavés, Espanyol and Getafe, Los Blancos continued their sensational form in the La Liga with a 3-0 victory over Eibar this Sunday.
Real Madrid dominated the first half thanks to goals from Oliveira ('18 own) and Asensio Marco ('28). Leading 2-0 at the break, Los Blancos further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Marcelo Vieira with just 8 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Real Madrid remains in third place with 20 points from 9 games, one point behind Valencia CF.
