Ligue 1 (Week 29) : PSG defeats Lorient 2-1
FRANCE, Mar. 12, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 29: Three wins in a row for PSG. After their success against Marseille and Nancy, PSG continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 2-1 victory over Lorient this Sunday.
PSG dominated the first half as a result of the unfortunate own goal scored by forward Benjamin Jeannot in the 29th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, PSG players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Nkunku Christopher in the 52nd minute.
Paris Saint-Germain remains in second place with 65 points from 29 games, 3 points behind AS Monaco.
