SPAIN, May. 27, 2017 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 40: After three straigth victories against Zaragoza, Cordoba and Elche, Los Azulones lost 1-0 against Valladolid.
45 minutes of play and neither Valladolid nor Getafe have managed to pull ahead. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Perez Alex in the 71st minute.
Getafe CF remains in third place with 53 points from 32 games, 2 points behind Girona FC, which has a game in hand.
