SPAIN, May. 28, 2017 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 40: After losing 2-0 to Getafe on May 7, Los Califas bounced back with a 4-2 victory over Real Oviedo this Sunday.
Piovaccari Federico scored dual goals
Cordoba dominated the first half thanks to goals from Piovaccari Federico ('1, '11) and Alfaro Alejandro ('35). Leading 3-0 at the break, Los Califas further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Lara Javi in the 53rd minute.
Real Oviedo are down in 9th place with 42 points from 33 games, 2 points behind Real Zaragoza, which has a game in hand.
