SPAIN, Apr. 30, 2016 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 36: Three wins in a row for Barcelona. After their success against Deportivo La Coruna and Sporting Gijon, Barca continued their sensational form in the La Liga with a 2-0 victory over Real Betis this Saturday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with goals by Rakitić ('50) and Suárez ('81).
FC Barcelona remains in first place with 85 points from 36 games, tie on points with runner-up Atletico Madrid.
