FRANCE, Oct. 16, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 9: The match between Saint-Etienne and Dijon ended in a 1-1 draw on Sunday.
Dijon players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Lees-melou Pierre in the 22nd minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Saint-Etienne with a saving goal from Saint-Etienne forward Nolan Roux on penalty in the 90th minute.
Saint-Etienne remains in 9th place with 13 points from 9 games, tie on points with Olympique Lyonnais.
