PORTUGAL, Jan. 11, 2015 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 16: Three wins in a row for Sporting Lisbon. After their success against Nacional and Estoril, the Sportinguistas continued their sensational form in the Primeira Liga with a 1-0 victory over Braga this Sunday.
Braga made Sporting Lisbon doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Japanese forward Junya Tanaka in stoppage time.
Sporting Clube de Portugal climbed to third place with 33 points from 16 games, 4 points behind FC Porto.
