La Liga (Week 18) : Eibar defeats Betis 4-0
SPAIN, Jan. 3, 2016 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 18: Two wins in a row for Eibar. After their 2-0 win against Sporting Gijon on December 30, the Armeros continued their sensational form in the La Liga with a 4-0 victory over Real Betis this Sunday.
Eibar dominated the first half thanks to goals from Capa ('3) and Keko Gallardo ('17). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Armeros further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Gonzalez Adrian '71 and Baston Borja '82).
SD Eibar climbed to 8th place with 27 points from 18 games, tie on points with Athletic Bilbao, which has a game in hand.
